For nearly 30 years, John has dedicated his professional engineering career to managing the planning, environmental clearance, and delivery of plans, specifications, and estimates that improve Bay Area freeways, interchanges, state highways, and local arterials. John has earned an exceptional reputation of managing large and complex transportation projects – complex projects that require the skillful coordination of multidiscipline design professionals.
John will use his extensive client and teaming partnership relationships to help Diablo expand municipal engineering services throughout the Bay Area.
